This Course is intended for individuals who have completed the ACE Sales Management Specialist certification in the past and wish to keep their certification current.  The Sales Management Specialist 2019 Course contains everything a sales manager needs to stay up-to-date with the retail automotive regulatory environment.  The first lesson, "ACE 2019 Year in Review," will cover major developments affecting the industry over the last 12 months.  In the second lesson, learners will prove their understanding by completing a brief quiz.
